Step 01

Your Project Requirements and Goals

We start by listening to you as you outline your project requirements and business goals. Our relationship managers will ask questions to make sure we are clear on your desired outcomes. They may also make some recommendations based on their experience and best practices/innovative approaches.

Step 02

A Scientific Approach to Finding the Right Consultant

We use a combination of proprietary technology along with a personal approach to selecting the consultant who will have both the expertise and cultural-fit for your project. Within a few days, you’ll have the resume of the first of a small group of candidates that are fully vetted and aligned with your project’s outcomes.

Step 03

A Smooth Interview and Onboarding Process

We’ll set up your consultant interviews so you can interview either in person or virtually. Once you’ve decided on which consultant best meets your needs, we’ll assist with the onboarding so the transition from your relationship manager to your consultant is seamless.

Step 04

With You Every Step of the Way

Although you’ll be working day-to-day with your consultant, you’ll find that our relationship managers will also stay involved throughout your project. From the kick-off to the wrap-up/closure meeting, our managers will be ensuring your project is running successfully and that you are receiving the services you expected.
