Alicia Shevetone | Interim CEO
Alicia Shevetone is the Interim CEO of SkillSource Learning Partners. A globally recognized Human Capital executive, Alicia is responsible for achieving double-digit growth and leading a remarkable team of high performers to deliver exceptional client satisfaction. She has been a member of SLP’s leadership team since 2019 and has been responsible for acquiring some of the firm’s largest and most strategic clients. Alicia holds a B.A. in English from Santa Clara University and is a graduate of Lincoln Law School, where she earned a Juris Doctorate.
Alicia lives in Las Vegas with her husband, Mark, and their precocious English Bulldog, Belma. Alicia is a cookbook author and on-air culinary personality who takes every opportunity to talk, post, and dream about food!
Cooper Miller | Chief Strategy Officer

That’s the vision Cooper Miller had when he started SkillSource Learning Partners. With more than a decade of experience in the industry, Cooper is determined to provide an easier, faster, and more efficient way for clients to connect with skilled, reliable and qualified consulting talent. To this end, he has brought together a team of the best and brightest in their respective fields, all with a shared goal of delivering innovative solutions and industry expertise to meet the growing professional development needs of a rapidly changing workforce.
Cooper lives in California’s Bay Area and is the proud father of Ben, a smart and super affectionate one-year-old Husky German Shepard mix. When he’s not obsessing over the customer experience or brainstorming with leadership, there’s a good chance you’ll find Coop outside, probably on a mountain somewhere!
Diane Greenspan | Senior Vice President
Diane has over 20 years’ experience in the learning and technology space, primarily focused on enterprise accounts serving disparate needs. She is a consistent top performer firmly based on long-term relationships. A consummate sales professional who focuses on client satisfaction throughout the entire process, taking the time to understand the drivers behind the requirements, attention to detail and genuine concern for a positive outcome, all with a sense of humor. Diane has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northern Illinois University. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and traveling.
Fatima Costa Neathery | Head of Administrative Operations
Fatima leads Human Resources and Administrative Operations for SLP, including accounting and office management. A critical member of our Consultant Experience team, Fatima is responsible for consultant onboarding and engagement, and ensuring compliance with our clients’ most progressive data privacy and cyber-security protocols. A graduate of San Jose State University, Fatima earned a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science and lives in the Bay Area with her husband, three sons, and sweet dog, Tucker.
Eric Domke | Director of Business Development and Strategy
Eric leads business development and strategy for SLP. He has developed a reputation in the L&D community for his helpfulness on LinkedIn by showcasing some of America’s most sought-after L&D job opportunities. A former golf pro, Eric earned his BS in Marketing from Sonoma State University and lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two adorable French Bulldogs.
