That’s the vision Cooper Miller had when he started SkillSource Learning Partners. With more than a decade of experience in the industry, Cooper is determined to provide an easier, faster, and more efficient way for clients to connect with skilled, reliable and qualified consulting talent. To this end, he has brought together a team of the best and brightest in their respective fields, all with a shared goal of delivering innovative solutions and industry expertise to meet the growing professional development needs of a rapidly changing workforce.
Cooper lives in California’s Bay Area and is the proud father of Ben, a smart and super affectionate one-year-old Husky German Shepard mix. When he’s not obsessing over the customer experience or brainstorming with leadership, there’s a good chance you’ll find Coop outside, probably on a mountain somewhere!
Kathleen Stone | Chief Operating Officer
Kathleen has over 25 years of experience leading the Learning and Development and Talent Development functions in Fortune 500 companies. She has created startup learning and development functions and leads transformational initiatives to drive corporate success. She has participated on several corporate executive advisory boards, including Skillsoft, Cornerstone, and Kaplan. She has a passion for developing people and improving processes.
Kathleen earned her M.S. in Human Resources Development from Xavier University and her B.A. in English from The Ohio State University.
Alicia Shevetone | Senior Vice President
Alicia is a globally recognized Talent Development expert responsible for delivering double-digit growth and exceptional client satisfaction. A top producer with more than 20 years of experience, she assists SkillSource with client acquisition, account retention, and procedural efficiency while embodying SLP’s culture of innate curiosity, unbreakable flexibility, and unwavering commitment to client success. Her skills as a subject matter expert in psychometric assessment, skill gap analysis, and sales transformation make her an invaluable SLP team member.
Alicia holds a B.A. degree in English from Santa Clara University and is a graduate of Lincoln Law School, where she earned a Juris Doctorate.

Charles has over 22 years of enterprise sales and management experience in the Professional Services industry. With a successful track record of delivering high quality, custom solutions to support large-scale training and people development initiatives, he brings energy, focus, and a genuine passion for people to everything he does.
